Now counter PA has the provisions in McCamish to update the email ID and Mobile number directly to their policies
Counter PA has the provision to update the mobile number & e-mail ID of PLI/RPLI policy holder in McCamish. After updating mobile number & e-mail ID for the respective PLI/RPLI policy, customer can pay their premium online without coming to Post Offices...
2) Click on "POLICY SEARCH"
On next screen...
3) Enter the PLI/RPLI Policy number in "Policy Number" option & Click on "Search".
On next screen...
4) Click on the PLI/RPLI Policy number highlighted in Blue colour on left lower side.
On next screen...
5) Click on customerID shown on screen.
On next screen...
6) Enter Mobile Number, e-mail ID & click on "Submit".
Procedure to update mobile number & e-mail id in PLI/RPLI Policies:-
1) Login McCamish with Counter PA credential.2) Click on "POLICY SEARCH"
On next screen...
3) Enter the PLI/RPLI Policy number in "Policy Number" option & Click on "Search".
